General Operations
Course formats:
We offer lessons in three formats:
At your home or in a public place
At the teacher’s home
Online
Online courses:
Our online lessons allow direct connection with highly qualified teachers, often native speakers, who are fluent in both languages.
This format offers greater flexibility in scheduling.
Methodology:
The teaching method may vary depending on the teacher, but we always ensure a high standard of quality.
We assess each student’s needs to create a personalized learning path.
Evaluation test:
Before the first lesson, we send a test to assess your level and identify areas for improvement, in order to tailor the learning plan.
Course Options
Available packages:
10 hours: valid for a maximum of 3 months
20 hours: valid for a maximum of 5 months
30 hours: valid for a maximum of 9 months
50 hours: valid for a maximum of 12 months
100 hours: valid for a maximum of 18 months
Trial lessons:
We offer:
A paid evaluation lesson for in-person classes
A free 30-minute session for online classes
These sessions allow you to meet the teacher, discover their method, and assess your level. general terms and conditions
Scheduling:
Lesson times are defined based on your availability and the teacher’s.
Lesson duration:
Online or at the teacher’s home: minimum of 45 minutes (1 hour recommended)
At your home: minimum of 1 hour and 30 minutes
Payments and Conditions
Payment options:
Full payment: By credit card or bank transfer – with a 10% discount
Monthly payments: Available, based on the hourly rate of the 30-hour package. The amount is calculated according to the number of classes scheduled for the month, with payment due before the 15th of each month

Class cancellations:
Lessons may be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations will be fully charged
One free cancellation per month is allowed
Schedule changes:
Rescheduling is possible depending on the teacher’s availability
Respecting scheduled times is essential for the smooth running of the course
Refund policy:
As a general rule, no refunds are given.
However, exceptional cases may be considered.

Management and Videoconferencing System
We use a modern and efficient management system, allowing you to:
Track the number of lessons completed
Check your remaining hours and calendar
Access documents shared by your teacher
Read performance reports after each class
Online lessons are conducted via Zoom or Tutor Cruncher, integrated into our system for one-click access to the virtual classroom.
We also use Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, depending on the teacher’s preference.
Books and Teaching Materials
Teaching materials are not included in the course price and will be invoiced separately if necessary.
